Safe Parish training is required of all paid staff and volunteers who work with children in our region. The purpose of the training is two-fold: to prevent the abuse of children and adolescents and to provide a system for handling incidents of abuse after they occur. Ongoing training is required for all who work with children through quarterly online interactive video modules. Finger printing and/or electronic background check is also a part of the process for anyone to work with children in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
